Q.
Do I have to download tracks one at a time?
A.
You can download all your tracks at once using our multi-track downloader, or one at a time if you do not wish to install the downloader.
Q.
How do I install the multi-track downloader?
A.
After making a purchase, you will link through to a download page. You will see the multi-downloader option here, if you do not have the application installed just click and follow the prompts. The installation typically takes about 1 minute to download and install.
Q.
How do I transfer tracks to my iPod?
A.
If you are using the multi downloader, you can choose to add the downloads to your iTunes Music Library as soon as they are downloaded

If using the single downloader, download the file(s) to a location on your hard drive such as a My Music or Music Downloads folder. Don't change the name, iTunes will get all the correct details from the information embedded within the file. If you are downloading multiple files or an album we would recommend creating a new folder for these downloads.

In iTunes you have 2 options;

  • Go To Music (Under Library) and then just drag the downloaded file(s) directly in with the other tracks. Or
  • Under the File menu, select add File To Library (or add Folder To Library). Then select your downloaded file (or Folder) and the track(s) will be imported into iTunes.

After either of these methods just sync your iPod, artwork and track details will all be shown.

Q.

Q.
Why can't I play a preview or purchase a track with a warning sign?
A.
These tracks contain explicit content and can only be previewed, purchased or gifted if the account settings allow it. The account-holder can modify this setting via the My Account area.
